5. How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred transport dates. However, we understand that sometimes urgent situations arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

6. What type of horseboxes do you use?

We operate a fleet of well-maintained 2 Stall horseboxes, with initial fans full height partitions, with CCTV. coming soon full air conditioning. All are designed with your horse's safety and comfort in mind. Our horseboxes are regularly inspected and Bio cleaned to ensure a hygienic and stress-free environment for your horse.

7. Can I travel with my horse?

Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we cannot allow owners to travel in the horsebox with their horses.

8. What paperwork do I need to provide?

You will need to provide your horse's valid passport for all journeys. For any commercial transport over 8 hours, you will also need to provide us with the information required for a journey plan, this includes collection and delivery addresses with contact details, horse details and a declaration. We will ask for this information when you make a booking with us.

9. How do I prepare my horse for transport?

We recommend familiarising your horse with the horsebox beforehand if they are nervous travellers. Ensure they are in good health and have access to water up until loading. 10. What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable 24hours before the transport date. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Our payment terms will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

11. What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact 72 hours before for a full Refund for our cancellation policy. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your transport.
